Salla, Zid or Shopify: which platform should I choose?
If you sell within Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, Salla and Zid are a quick fit with local payment gateways built in. If you sell to more than one country, Shopify is usually the better fit. We only suggest a custom-built store when you need something the platforms do not offer. We help you choose in the first session.
I have a store but it is not selling as I expected. Can you help?
Yes. We review your store from the product page to checkout and find what is getting in the way of buying: slow pages, product pages that do not convince, a tiring checkout, or ads without tracking. Then we propose the changes in order of priority and make them on your current store, without starting from scratch.
How long does a store or website take?
A company website usually takes 2 to 3 weeks, and a store on Salla, Zid or Shopify usually takes 3 to 5 weeks. The actual time depends on how much customisation and how many features you need, and we agree it with you in writing before we start.
What does a care plan include?
Monitoring of your store or site, regular backups, security updates, bug fixes, and development hours every month for offer pages and changes, with a direct support channel on WhatsApp or Slack.
Can I hire you for design only?
Yes. You can hire us for the design stage alone. You get a clickable Figma prototype, a design system and files ready for your own development team.
